Challenger Learning Centers

When the Challenger Flight 51-L families founded Challenger Center, they sought to commemorate how their loved ones lived their lives. To them, education was the key to all they had become -- their spirit of exploration, quest for knowledge and inspiration to others to achieve their own potential was an educational mission too important to be left unfulfilled. The Challenger Family started with seven individuals and quickly grew to include educators, museums, science centers, universities, government and business leaders, students, parents and ordinary people who, together, have accomplished the extraordinary. Challenger Center reaches out across borders and oceans -- to every young mind with a question and every teacher willing to touch the future.
