PulseSwitch Systems markets Batteryless, Wireless Remote Switches under the name Lightning Switch®.  Uses NASA developed Thunder® technology to self-power a radio frequency transmitter, sending an ID encoded signal to a standby Lightning Switch receiver.  Provides portable, remote control of electrical loads at distances of up to 100ft.Lightning Switch components are used in the PulseStar® Lighting System.  As such, PulseStar Lighting Systems are included as Space Certified Technology.Thunder, which is the piezoelectric element that generates electric power, is a breakthrough Technology from NASA Space Research.  In 2007, Lightning Switch was named one of NASA’s Top 20 Spinoff Technologies of the Past 5 Years.  Lightning Switch is manufactured and sold under License from NASAWireless / Batteryless Switch Controls
